Bringing out the big guns

While I’ll make sure to give you some back history in future posts, let’s give you a summary of where we’re at now:

The hubby had surgery to fix a varicocele. Although we don’t have the results of him most recent analysis, suffice it to say it’s been six months and the oven is still empty.

I passed my hysterosalpingogram with flying colors. So it looks as though this is mainly his fault, or so we hope.

And now we’re heading toward IVF. My first appointment with the RE is Feb. 15. Did I mention we live in a small town and it’s a good three-hour drive to said doctor? What a fun way to get treated!

The only upside, apart from the maybe having a baby someday part, is that there’s an IKEA and good shopping where we’re headed.
